k I felt tired

I increased my intensity of the workout today. On the elliptical 800cal/hr and on the treadmill 900cal/hr. In total I logged 1200cal burn today…

bench press: 80lb 10, 70lb 10,10, an extra lvl 9 press on machine 10 times
bicep curl: 30lb 10,10
lat pulldown: lvl 10, 10, 8 on wide
shoulder lift, 20lb 10, 10
