Weightroom + spinning.

Bob Chui calculated for me that I should keep a 12.5km/h pace. I didn’t bother to check but I did try to keep that speed for the 35spin time. Smart me, I tried to stand up on a spinning machine that’s designed for you to paddle inclined. I clipped my knee on the control panel and scratched off a piece of skin…

So I went on the weight machines instead.
